Our Standard Delivery charges to mainland UK addresses are as follows:

Puzzles, Craft kits, Games and Science Kits etc - £3.95 per order.

Birthday Invitations, Stickers and Sticker books, Stationery items, Cards and gift wrap - £1.50 per order.

If your order contains a variety of items from both groups the higher delivery charge of £3.95 will automatically be charged to your basket at the checkout.

"Dressing Up" items are delivered directly from the manufacturer and carry a fixed postage charge of £4.50 per delivery.

Please note that at present we only post purchases within the UK. If you need to have purchases delivered outside of the UK please contact us by e-mailing info@pilola.co.uk to discuss alternative options. At present we don't offer a next day service but if you require an order quickly please contact us and we will try to help you.

The delivery or shipping cost will be added to your order only after you have confirmed your delivery address during the ordering process. We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours making UK delivery upto 7 working days. Please note that at certain times of the year such as Christmas, delivery times may vary. If you wish to send an order to us with a cheque payment please contact us wiht details of your order. The order will be despatched once the cheque has cleared in our bank account. 

All deliveries are made using the Royal Mail. Orders which have a value of up to £30.00 will normally be sent Royal Mail 1st Class and will not need to be signed for on receipt. Orders which have a higher value will be sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. If you require an alternative delivery option please specify your requirements when placing your order.
